My friend Jen Teubl is the girl that you want as a dinner date because not only is she hilarious, but she'll drink you under the table and do it using really good wine. Jen and I met at a wine bar on 27th Street where we both worked and where our clan of friends all became close about six years ago. Jen is originally from Eastchester - which is actually in Westchester so that isn't confusing or anything - and shares my love of the New York Jets. To pay the bills, she is a wine guru and Graduate Assistant at NYU Sackler Institute and in a few years, she will definitely be the first of my friends to get her PhD. I fear that even then, she'll still be able to drink me under the table.
Pyramids of Giza. Because people 3000 years ago were amazing.
Sistine Chapel. Because painting something that beautiful is hard enough on canvas, let alone on a ceiling.
Reims Cathedral. Because deep down inside me, I really want to believe that religion has done something good for the world.
Kauai. Needs absolutely no explanation.
CERN. Because people now are amazing.
Go-To Drink:
Scotch. Rocks. Obviously.
Something I've been daydreaming about recently:
Quantum Entanglement. It's like mind control for atoms and its applications are endless.
